Andy’s Toolbox LLC is owned and managed by Andrew McConaughy. Mr. McConaughy’s qualifications include a thirty-year career encompassing landscape management, construction equipment sales, and commercial heating and air conditioning. He also has owned, renovated, and maintained “fixer upper” houses both in Maryland and on the Outer Banks. In particular, he understands the challenges of coordinating repairs while being an out-of-town property owner.

Many of the handyman services provided by Andy’s Toolbox LLC are implemented by Andy himself. However, depending on the scope of the project, specialized, skilled trades people are utilized on an as-needed basis. On larger projects, Andy’s Toolbox LLC may serve customers as an owner’s agent or project coordinator to solicit bids and facilitate production on behalf of the property owner.

• ISA certified Arborist (International Society of Arboriculture)
• Licensed Tree Expert (MD)
• Licensed Pesticide Applicator (MD & NC)
• Licensed HVACR Apprentice (MD)
• EPA certified for CFC refrigerants ( class I & II)
• Air Balancer certified by National Comfort Institute (Commercial & Residential)
• Certified Installer of SHARP solar products
• Factory trained operator of heavy construction equipment
• Commercial Drivers License , CDL class A – Tanker, Haz-Mat, Air, Doubles
• Authorized representative for Kinetico Water Treatment Systems
